EM on the Brain · Scottsdale

The podcast is working, the audience is growing, and the book and the tour are about to land on top of everything you already make. What has been missing is a team and a system, so the content keeps its quality while the volume goes up. This is that team: your episodes edited to hold attention on YouTube, clips going out every day, and a launch plan for MindCraft and the tour that runs without you carrying it. You bring the ideas and the voice. Buck and the Qinary team bring the strategy, the edit and the publishing.

Strategy · first week

Your Brand Strategy

Your brand, your persona and your audience, worked through with Buck in a half day session at our Scottsdale studio.

  • Your brand: who you are, what you teach and the position no one else can copy
  • Your persona: how you sound and show up, so every post reads like you
  • Your audience: the people you are building a community with, and what makes them buy the book, the ticket and what comes next
  • Your pillars and cadence: teaching, your story and your life, and how much of each on every platform
  • Your goals for six months, one year and three years, so we measure business results, not just views
  • Version one of your strategy delivered after the session, then tweaked with you until it fits
02
Every episode

Podcast Production

EM on the Brain, edited for YouTube retention.

  • A full edit of every episode: pacing, b-roll, graphics and text on screen that keep people watching
  • A custom thumbnail and title for every episode, designed to earn the click
  • Descriptions, chapters and publishing to YouTube, Spotify and Apple
  • Your iPhone episodes keep their feel; we make them look and move better
  • Up to two studio recordings a month at Qinary in Scottsdale when you want the polished look
03
Every day

Daily Clips and Publishing

One episode becomes a week of content.

  • Short clips every day on YouTube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok, cut from your episodes
  • Your b-roll, travel and event footage turned into posts, so nothing sits on your phone
  • Captions and hooks written in your voice, posting times and scheduling handled for you
  • A calendar you can see, so you can hold or pull anything before it goes out
  • Edited by real people, not AI

Service Agreement and Resource Reservation

By submitting payment, Client agrees to the following terms. This payment constitutes a binding service agreement between Client, being Emily McDonald and any company named at checkout, and Qinary Corporation, an Arizona corporation ("Company"). Upon execution of this agreement, a dedicated team is assembled and assigned to Client's account. All fees are billed in advance to reserve team capacity and production resources, and payment is due in full regardless of utilization. Non-participation, including missed meetings, unanswered communications, or failure to supply access or materials, does not constitute grounds for cancellation, pause, credit or refund. All fees are stated and charged in United States dollars.

Term and Payment

The fee is $4,997 per month, charged automatically on the same date each month, or on the last day of a shorter month, beginning on the date of first payment. This agreement has a minimum committed term of three consecutive months (three monthly payments, $14,991 in total). Early termination during the minimum term requires payment of all remaining payments in the minimum term. After the minimum term the agreement continues month to month until either party gives written notice before the next monthly payment date, and services end at the close of the month already paid.

Scope

Company will provide a brand strategy for Client, covering brand, persona, target audience, content pillars, cadence and goals, developed in a half day strategy session with Buck Wise at Company's Scottsdale studio and delivered as a written version one strategy, revised with Client. Company will provide podcast production for each episode of Client's podcast supplied by Client: editing, graphics, a custom thumbnail, title, description and publishing to YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts, and up to two studio recording sessions per month at Company's Scottsdale studio, scheduled in advance. Company will edit short clips from Client's episodes and other video Client supplies, write captions and on-screen text, and schedule and publish content every day, once Client is supplying material, to Client's YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts, with the upcoming calendar visible to Client. Company will plan and produce content promoting Client's book and tour from November 2026 through April 2027 as part of that publishing. Company will provide a private Slack channel with Buck Wise, a client app with content prompts and upload, coaching by Buck Wise, an initial audit of Client's existing accounts and a monthly review of performance.

Not Included

Excluded from this agreement and available only under a separate scope and fee: guest booking, public relations and press releases, AI search optimization, app or software development, website work, email platforms and newsletters, paid advertising spend and management, and travel to events or tour stops.

Client Participation

Client will supply podcast episodes, video and other material for publication, and take part in the strategy session. The volume and quality of published content depend on the material Client supplies.

Content Approval

Upcoming posts and episodes are visible to Client, and Client may ask for any post to be held or removed at any time. Content supplied by Client is otherwise treated as approved for publication.

Access and Accounts

Client's accounts remain in Client's name throughout. Client is responsible for keeping two-step verification on devices Client controls. Company's access is removed at the end of the engagement.

Content and Intellectual Property
